Seeley , California lies north of California highway 8, and west of the cities of Imperial and El Centro in Imperial County. The current population of Seeley is about 1,700 with 82% of the residents being Hispanic. The town of Seeley is located on top of the Imperial Fault, one of the most active faults in Southern California. Like much of Imperial County, Seeley is almost entirely below see level. The town is next to the El Centro Naval Air Station which is the winter home to the Blue Angels flying team. Seeley is one of the oldest cities in Imperial County.
